4. Lelvion Keyword Research Application

Application Name: Lelvion Keyword Research

Application Website: https://lelvion.com/lelvion-keyword-research

Application Purpose: Internal Google Ads keyword research and SEO content planning for Lelvion.

Lelvion Keyword Research is an internal business application intended for authorized Lelvion personnel.

Its purpose is to analyze search demand relevant to garment hanger manufacturing, wholesale sourcing, product categories, and related business-to-business topics.

The application is not a public advertising management service and does not offer open registration to external customers.

The Google Ads API connection is being configured. Data access through that connection will occur only when the required Google API permissions have been granted and an authorized user has completed OAuth authorization.

5. Google User Data Accessed by the Application

Lelvion Keyword Research uses Google OAuth 2.0 to request authorized access to Google Ads information.

The application uses the Google Ads authorization scope:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords

This scope allows access to Google Ads resources associated with accounts available to the authorizing user, subject to the user’s account permissions and the capabilities of the Google Ads API.

The application is intended to use the following categories of Google Ads data:

  • Google Ads customer account identifiers needed to identify an authorized account.
  • Keyword ideas and related search terms.
  • Historical keyword search volume and search metrics.
  • Keyword competition and planning information where available.
  • Geographic and language targeting information.
  • Other data necessary to execute authorized keyword planning requests.

The application may also process OAuth authorization information, including access tokens, refresh tokens where issued, and technical information necessary to maintain the authorized connection.

Google account credentials and Google Ads account identifiers are not used to identify visitors to the public Lelvion website for advertising purposes.

The application does not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Contacts, or unrelated Google Workspace data as part of its keyword research function.

We do not ask users to provide their Google account passwords.

6. How We Use Google Ads Data

We use Google Ads data obtained through authorized API access to:

  • Discover keywords relevant to garment hanger products and wholesale procurement.
  • Analyze historical search demand and keyword trends.
  • Group related keywords by topic and search intent.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing Lelvion website content.
  • Prepare internal keyword research reports.
  • Support SEO content planning and buyer-focused website improvements.

Relevant keyword ideas, search metrics, and research results may be retained in an internal research database to support these application functions, subject to applicable Google API policies.

The application is designed to use Google Ads data only for authorized internal research activities.

We do not use Google account information or OAuth credentials for unrelated commercial activities.

We do not sell Google user data, Google Ads account information, or OAuth credentials.

We do not use Google user data to train general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

If the application introduces a new data use requiring additional authorization, we will update this Privacy Policy and obtain any required consent before that use begins.

7. How Google User Data Is Stored

Google Ads research information and OAuth authorization credentials are handled separately from publicly accessible website content.

The application is intended to store authorized research records in access-controlled internal systems used for Lelvion’s business operations.

OAuth credentials, including refresh tokens where applicable, must be stored in protected application configuration or credential storage and must not be published on the Lelvion website or exposed in public code repositories.

Access to stored information is restricted to authorized personnel or systems that require it for the operation of the application.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the application, including access restrictions, secure communications, and protection of confidential credentials.

Stored research information is not made publicly accessible simply because it is collected or processed by the application.

8. Sharing and Disclosure of Google User Data

Access to Google Ads data is limited to authorized Lelvion personnel and systems involved in operating the application.

Information may be processed by technology or infrastructure service providers where necessary to provide, maintain, secure, or support the authorized application functionality and where permitted by applicable Google policies.

Where an authorized third-party research or analysis service is used, we limit the information provided to what is necessary for the specific permitted function and apply appropriate privacy and security safeguards.

OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are not intended to be disclosed to unrelated third-party research or marketing services.

We do not sell Google user data to advertisers, data brokers, information resellers, or other organizations.

We do not disclose Google user data for third-party behavioral advertising, retargeting, credit evaluation, or unrelated purposes.

We may disclose information where required by law or to comply with a lawful and valid legal request.

Any changes to Google user data sharing practices will be disclosed in this policy before implementation where required.

9. Google OAuth Authorization and Revocation

Lelvion Keyword Research obtains Google Ads access only after an authorized Google account user completes the applicable Google OAuth authorization process.

OAuth authorization does not require users to disclose their Google account passwords to Lelvion.

Users can review and revoke access granted to the application through their Google Account:

https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

Revoking access prevents the application from continuing to use that authorization to access Google Ads data.

Previously stored information may remain until it is deleted in accordance with our retention practices, applicable legal requirements, or a valid deletion request.

Users may also contact Lelvion to request disconnection of the application or deletion of information associated with their authorization.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain personal information and Google Ads research data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, subject to applicable legal requirements and Google API policies.

Our retention practices depend on the type of information:

Business inquiries: Retained as needed to respond to customers, maintain relevant commercial records, and support ongoing business relationships.

Website analytics: Retained according to the configured retention settings of the relevant analytics services.

Google Ads keyword research data: Retained while needed for authorized internal research and content planning, subject to applicable platform rules and any valid deletion request.

OAuth authorization credentials: Retained only while needed to maintain an authorized application connection. Credentials are deleted or invalidated when no longer necessary or following an applicable disconnection or deletion request.

Technical and security records: Retained as needed for troubleshooting, security, and legitimate operational purposes.

When information is no longer required, we take appropriate steps to delete, anonymize, or otherwise securely dispose of it.

To request deletion of personal information or Google Ads data associated with an authorization, contact Lelvion using the information in Section 16.

We may need to verify the identity or authority of a requester before processing a request.

11. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.

Safeguards may include:

  • Restricted access to internal research files and systems.
  • Secure website and API communications.
  • Separate handling of authorization credentials.
  • Appropriate authentication and access permissions.
  • Software maintenance and security updates.
  • Review and removal of access that is no longer required.

No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We will review and update security measures as the application develops.

12. Other Service Providers

Lelvion uses third-party services to support its website and business operations.

These may include:

  • Website hosting and maintenance providers.
  • WordPress plugins and website functionality providers.
  • Business email and communication services.
  • Website analytics and security services.
  • Authorized internal productivity and research services.

Such providers may process information as necessary to supply their services, subject to their applicable terms and privacy obligations.

We do not sell information submitted through our business inquiry forms.

13. International Data Processing

Lelvion serves customers and business partners internationally.

Information may be processed in different countries depending on the location of Lelvion personnel and the infrastructure or service providers involved.

We take reasonable steps to protect information when it is transferred or processed internationally, including measures required by applicable law.

14. Your Privacy Rights
