How to Specify Clear Plastic Hangers for a Wholesale Retail Order

A clear hanger specification starts with the garment and the model. The quotation also needs to identify the body material, dimensions, hook or clip configuration, branding and packing. With these details in one place, the purchasing team can compare quotations and place repeat orders against the same specification.

Lelvion’s listed clear models use transparent PS. Clear describes the appearance; PS identifies the published body material. Buyers requiring another resin should request written confirmation before treating a visually similar hanger as an alternative.

The table below summarizes Lelvion’s published product specifications. Carton sizes follow the order shown on those pages, which do not label the three dimensions as length, width and height. The quotation should state the final packing specification for the selected configuration.

All seven models have a published body material of PS (Transparent). The dimensions describe the listed models and do not establish load capacity.

Shoulder styles for tops, dresses and structured garments

For a mixed collection of tops and dresses, compare the garment contact points on T10 and T15. Both have notches for straps or hanging loops, while the T15 page describes a fuller shoulder shape. An actual garment helps show which profile belongs on the shortlist.

For tailored clothing, shoulder contour deserves attention alongside shoulder width. T30 and T31 both list 3.0 cm shoulders, but T31 has rounded shoulder ends. T25 offers an intermediate width. A jacket can sit differently on these profiles even when the overall hanger lengths are close.

Viewing the garment on the sample from the front and side helps the buyer assess the shoulder line. The specification should identify the selected model, since a description such as wide clear hanger leaves the profile open to interpretation. The model reference makes later discussions about hooks, logos and packing more specific.

Clip styles for trousers and skirts

T110G and T110S serve the same basic waistband-hanging task. Their public descriptions distinguish gold and silver hardware. The intended finish can follow the store fixtures and the rest of the hanger program; the quotation should identify the selected configuration.

A trial with the intended waistband helps assess clip placement. Usable clip positions, clip pads and any dimensions needed for the garment still need supplier confirmation. The published hanger length alone does not answer those questions.

Confirm the quoted hardware and carton pack-out

The seven product pages list zinc-alloy hooks, detachable or swivel hook options, gold, silver or custom hook colors, and hook heights of 5, 10 or 15 cm. The supplier still needs to confirm which listed choices can be supplied together for the selected model and order.

For T15, confirm the available hook type, finish and height with the supplier; listed options do not indicate stock. The same applies to other models and the gold or silver T110 variants.

A physical or photographic reference helps communicate the required hardware finish when it must match existing store fixtures. The final configuration should be agreed for the selected model. The OEM options provide a starting point for branding discussions, with the method, artwork, position and suitability for that body subject to confirmation.

Packing should be part of the quotation. The published carton quantity and size are a starting point; their applicability to the final hook, clip and branding configuration needs confirmation. Any warehouse requirement for a different pack quantity or carton marking belongs in the inquiry for the supplier to review.

The packing discussion should cover how the transparent bodies and metal components will sit inside the carton and what protection is proposed for contact points. Separators, individual wrapping or other requested arrangements need explicit agreement. The published packing fields do not establish that any particular protective method is already used.

Before placing the order, the buyer and supplier should agree on acceptance criteria, how differences will be recorded and how they will be resolved. The agreement can cover the display-facing areas to inspect, the differences considered unacceptable, the inspection quantity and the steps for resolving any issues.

Put the selected model and approval details in one RFQ record

One record can bring together the quotation and sample details:

  • Model number and current product URL, with the garment use and quantity by model or finish.
  • Transparent PS body material, required dimensions and the selected shoulder or clip format.
  • Hook type, height and finish; clip requirements where applicable.
  • Logo method, position and artwork version, if branding is requested.
  • Confirmed units per carton, carton dimensions, internal packing arrangement and carton marks.
  • Destination and any warehouse or delivery requirements needed for the quotation.
  • Sample reference, agreed appearance requirements and any approval needed before production.

Where a physical sample is part of approval, this record provides the reference for reviewing it. A photograph can help identify the approved configuration, but the written details should also state what was accepted. If the hook, branding or packing changes, review the updated details with the supplier before proceeding.

The agreed version gives a new purchasing contact a reference for repeat orders, identifying the body, hardware and packing without reconstructing the specification from separate email exchanges.

To narrow the selection, review the Clear Plastic Hangers range. Send Lelvion the shortlisted models, garment use, quantities, destination and configuration or packing questions through the wholesale inquiry page.
